1. PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT ENGINEER (REF NO 003)

 Requirements:
1. Identify details and overall essential for keeping projects under
control at all times and furnishing the General Manager / Managing
Director periodically with progress report.
2. Identify true overall picture of projects and communicate same to
project team and executive team.
3. Preparation of tenders, follow-up and developing the overall project plan.
4. Manage the process during the inception and initiation phase of
various projects up to their completion.
5. Delegating responsibilities to Engineers, supervisors and
Technicians and giving them clear and consistent directives so that
they know exactly what role each has to play to achieve targets.
6. Schedule and track keeping of all activities of the projects.
7. Monitoring the progress of work at site.
8. Documentation and meeting with clients and contractors.

Qualification
1. B.sc / M.sc or equivalent in engineering preferably Civil
Engineering with Master Degree or Diploma in Project Manager.
2. Minimum of 10 years in Construction Management.
3. Must be involved in the execution of several projects at least 2 of
which must be a minimum of $3,000,000 (three Million US Dollars) or
equivalent.

1. Between the ages of 30 years and 40 years

3. Technically sound
4. Result oriented
5. Have passion for excellence and quality.
6. Have ability to use basic computer applications

Salary: Negotiable but very attractive
